In 2016, Amy Butler Foundation was founded to honor a woman whose heart was burden in helping others in need.
Empowering youth through education, mentorship, and support. Founded by Ayeshia Quianoo Tefera in honor of her mother, Amy Butler — a woman whose compassion and generosity transformed lives. Together We Will Succeed… Impacting Lives.
In 2016, the Amy Butler Foundation was established to continue Amy’s legacy of helping those in need. Amy’s heart for service was most evident in her sponsorship of children — including orphans and underprivileged youth — investing her time and resources to positively shape their futures.
We believe no child should be deprived of life’s basic necessities — food, shelter, healthcare, education, and mentorship. Our work focuses on delivering charitable services, funding programs, and providing educational workshops such as health education, life skills training, and mentorship initiatives.

The Amy Butler Foundation empowers youth through education, mentorship, and life skills. Our Life Vision Mentorship guides young people to discover their purpose, set goals, and take actionable steps toward success.
We provide training in resumes, college and scholarship applications, leadership, organization, and time management, while emphasizing the value of internships and volunteerism. Through global mentorship cohorts in Kenya, USA, Ghana, and the Philippines, and conferences and workshops, we equip youth with the tools, confidence, and guidance to thrive academically, professionally, and personally.
