In 2016, Amy Butler Foundation was founded to honor a woman whose heart was burden in helping others in need.
Amy generosity was most evident when she sponsored children including orphans and underprivileged children with her time and money to help develop and positively impact their lives. It is an unfortunate plight for children to live without the necessities of life such as food, shelter, healthcare needs, education and mentorship. Our work is dedicated to helping, funding and delivering charitable services, educational workshops such as health education, life skills training, mentorship and we strive to inspire and improve the lives of children who need assistance. We focus on resume skills training, college applications training and guidance, scholarship application training, youth leadership skills, organizational skills training, time management training, health education, sex education on sexually transmitted disease such as HIV prevention, and other life training skills including creating awareness of importance and benefits of internship and volunteerism especially in the African community.
